Paul Maurer was raised in upstate New York and attended Purdue University , W. Lafayette, IN. He graduated in 1981 with a B.S. In Land Surveying from the School of Engineering. He was employed by three different companies before he started his own business in 1992. During his employment, he went from a Crew Chief on construction sites to being a Project Manager overseeing the survey crews along with design of several projects. Since the inception of his own company, Paul has designed and overseen hundreds of projects that took land from bare ground to becoming a viable residential neighborhood, church, government building or commercial center, all with a mindful eye to responsible land usage. His experience includes all phases of land planning, including Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Rezones, and Final Platting. Paul’s experience in land measurement has also led to property dispute management and expert legal witness capacities. Paul is a member of Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors, as well as an active member in his local chapter. He is an active supporter of Habitat for Humanity, the Interchurch Food Panty of Johnson County and the Cordry Sweetwater Lakes Conservancy. Paul enjoys boating, sporting events, remodeling, and time with his family. He and his wife raised their three daughters in Johnson County, and has lived in White River Township area since 1994.
